Host Coffee & Connections
Hosting is for everyone—coffee shops, offices, boutiques, nonprofits, coworking spaces, and community hubs. If you have a welcoming space, we’ll help you make it a great experience.
Purpose
- Showcase your business (or organization) to the Chamber community.
- Create a relaxed, relationship-building space for members and guests.
Schedule
- Default cadence: 1st Thursday, 9:00–10:30 AM.
- Flex option: We’ll work with you to confirm a strong date/time (popular alternate: 8:00–9:00 AM; ready by 7:45 AM).
Fee & Policy
- Host fee: $100 per event.
- Non-refundable.
- Transfer option: If cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event start, payment may be transferred toward another Coffee & Connections date.
Host Provides
Event is typically held at the host’s place of business. We’ll collaborate with you on a comfortable setup for approximately 45–60 attendees based on your space. If additional rentals (tables, tents, etc.) are desired, those costs are the host’s responsibility. Co-sponsorships are welcome.Food & Beverage
Light continental-style items (coffee/juice/water/pastries or similar) for the session. We encourage using a Chamber member—browse at MissouriCityToGo.com.Engagement
