Baking Contest Details

Event: Fall Together Festival – Baking Contest

• Date: November 15, 2025
• Time: Judging will take place at 3:00 PM
• Location: Hunters Glen Park, 1340 Independence Blvd, Missouri City, TX

Contest Theme: “Sweet Treat Showdown” – A celebration of all things sweet and delicious! Bakers are encouraged to bring their best fall-inspired desserts.

Categories:

• Best Pie
• Best Cake
• Best Cookies/Bars
• Most Creative Dessert

Entry Guidelines:

• Open to: All ages, from kids to adults.
• Registration: Must register in advance via the event website missouricitychambers.com/fallfest.
• Entry Fee: Free with general festival admission.
• Submission: Each participant can submit one dessert per category.
• Portion Size: Please provide enough for five small tasting samples for the judges.

Rules:

• All entries must be homemade (no store-bought desserts).
• Include an ingredient list for allergy awareness (no measurements or full recipe required).
• Refrigeration is not provided; bring desserts ready to serve.
• Submit entries to the designated contest area by 2:30 PM for judging.

Judging Criteria: Taste (flavor & texture), Presentation (appearance & creativity), Originality (ingredients & design).

Prizes: Best Overall: Trophy + Gift Basket • Category Winners: Ribbon + Gift Certificate • All Participants: Certificate of Participation.

Winners Announcement: announced on the main stage shortly after judging.

Showcase your products and services to hundreds of attendees.

Raffle donations are welcomed for prize drawings but do not replace vendor fees. Vendor setup: 7:00–8:30 AM • Breakdown: 4:00–5:30 PM (early breakdown requires team approval).
