Certificate of Origin (COO)
The Missouri City Chamber of Commerce is authorized to issue Certificates of Origin for goods manufactured or processed in the U.S. Exporters and freight forwarders can request a stamped certificate for customs clearance.
- Processing options: In-person (by appointment) or email e-stamp (PDF scan & return).
- What to bring/upload: completed COO form, commercial invoice, and proof of origin (manufacturer’s affidavit or bill of materials if required).
- Turnaround: same business day for complete submissions received before 2:00 PM.
Fees: Members $30 per certificate · Non-members $55 per certificate. Volume pricing available.
By submitting, you certify all information is true and accurate; the Chamber may request additional documentation.
